HavenCraft is an independent Minecraft community server and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang Studios, Microsoft, or any official Minecraft entity. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Studios.
3. Eligibility
You must own a legitimate copy of Minecraft (Java or Bedrock Edition) to play on HavenCraft. We do not support cracked or pirated clients. Players under 13 should have parental consent before using our services.
4. Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Minecraft account. Any activity performed under your account — including rule violations, chat messages, and trades — is your responsibility. If your account is compromised, notify staff immediately, but punishments may still apply.
5. Server Rules
All players must follow our Server Rules. Violations may result in warnings, mutes, temporary bans, or permanent bans at the discretion of our staff team. Severe offenses (hacking, doxxing, threats) may result in an immediate permanent ban without warning.
6. HavenCraft Store Terms & Purchasing Agreement
Purchasing any Rank, Package, Spawner, or Digital Item from the HavenCraft store means you agree to the terms listed below. All purchases are voluntary contributions to support the server.

Payments & Purchases
- 1️⃣ Digital Products: All ranks, spawners, and packages are digital content delivered in-game. No physical items will be shipped.
- 2️⃣ Server Support: Funds received from purchases are used for server hosting, protection, maintenance, development, updates, and community events.
- 3️⃣ No Refund Policy: All payments are final and non-refundable once the purchase is completed.
- 4️⃣ Chargebacks & Disputes: Any chargeback, payment dispute, or fraudulent payment may result in an immediate permanent ban from the server, store, and community.
Ranks & Perks
- 5️⃣ Rank Duration: Ranks may be seasonal or lifetime, depending on the product description (e.g. valid for the active season).
- 6️⃣ Perk Changes: Rank perks and benefits may be adjusted, balanced, or modified at any time to maintain fair gameplay.
- 7️⃣ Rule Violations: Breaking server rules may result in rank suspension or removal without refund.
Server Availability
- 8️⃣ Server Downtime: The server may occasionally experience maintenance, updates, or downtime. This does not qualify for refunds or compensation.
- 9️⃣ Server Changes: The HavenCraft team reserves the right to modify features, ranks, systems, or gameplay mechanics at any time.
Account Responsibility
Players are responsible for the security and ownership of their Minecraft accounts. Lost accounts, shared accounts, or stolen accounts are not the responsibility of the server.
Item Loss Notice (Value Your Gear!)
Value your gear! Some items received from ranks may be limited or non-renewable. If they are lost (for example after death, PvP, lava, void, or despawn), staff will not restore or replace them under any circumstances.

The HavenCraft website is provided for informational purposes and player functionality (voting, leaderboards, profiles). You agree not to abuse any website feature, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated tools to interact with the site.

The HavenCraft name, logo, website design, and original content are the property of the HavenCraft team. Player-created in-game content remains the creative work of its builders, but HavenCraft may use screenshots for promotional purposes.
9. Modification of Service

10. Enforcement
Violation of server rules or these Terms of Service may result in punishment, including feature restrictions, rank removal, suspension, or permanent bans — without refund of any purchases made.
